Our delicious Dairy-Free Pumpkin Ginger Root Beer Float is a fun spin on a classic root beer float! Perfect for hot summer days!
Ingredients
3scoops dairy-free vanilla ice cream
2teaspoonspumpkin spice
1/4teaspoonfresh ginger
Ginger Root Beer
Instructions
Ice Cream Mixture: Place soft ice cream in a small bowl, add fresh ginger and pumpkin spice. Stir to mix (might have to let it melt a little). Place back in freezer to let re-freeze.
Root Beer Float: Place ice cream in a tall glass. Pour Ginger Root Beer over top. Sprinkle with additional pumpkin spice, as desired.
Serve: Feel free to top with whipped coconut cream and enjoy!

Ginger Root Beer - we used Zevia Ginger Root Beer, but feel free to use what is at your local grocery store.
