Blend: In a high-speed blender, add 1 frozen banana, 1 cup frozen dragonfruit cubes, 1 - 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (if using). Blend on HIGH, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary, until smooth.
Consistency: Add additional splashes of unsweetened almond milk to thin out, if necessary.
Serve: Enjoy immediately!
Notes
Serving: makes one large smoothie or it can easily be split into two smaller smoothies.
Collagen: feel free to add in a scoop of your favorite collagen or protein powder.
Honey: if you want it a touch sweeter feel free to add a teaspoon or so of honey.
Dragonfruit: I bought pre-frozen dragonfruit from Target.
