Easy Black Bean and Avocado Wrap
- a delicious, quick and easy lunch option that is dairy-free and plant-based!
Ingredients

Angelic Bakehouse 7 Whole Grain Wrap
▢

Tablespoons
kerneled corn
▢
1/2
cup
black beans
drained
▢
1/2
avocado
cut into chunks
▢
1
Tablespoons
diced purple onion
▢
2
Tablespoons
fresh cilantro
roughly chopped
Sauce:
▢
1/2
cup
full fat coconut milk
▢
2
Tablespoons
nutritional yeast
▢
pinch
or two of salt
▢
Add unsweetened almond milk to thin out
as desired, 1 Tablespoon at a time.
Instructions
Combine Sauce ingredients in mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
Place Angelic Bakehouse 7 Grain Wrap on plate.
Add black beans, corn, avocado, purple onion and cilantro.
Drizzle with sauce.
