Ingredients
2avocadoscut in half lengthwise (remove pit)
1tablespoonavocado oilsub olive oil
¼teaspoonskosher salt
Instructions
Prep: Heat grill to 450-500℉ (high heat).
Season: Brush the cut side of 2 avocados with 1 tablespoon avocado oil and sprinkle with ¼ teaspoons kosher salt.
Grill: Place avocado halves cut side down directly over flame (direct heat) and let cook for 3 minutes, or until slightly charred.
Serve: Enjoy immediately!
Notes
Char Marks: If you want really nice char marks, cook over direct heat for 2-3 minutes and then carefully rotate each avocado 90 degrees and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Storage: I would recommend using grilled avocado right away.
