1poundextra large shrimpthawed with shells removed + tail on
kosher salt and ground black pepper
Instructions
Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter and 2 teaspoons garlic. Set aside.
Prep: Preheat the flat top griddle to a medium-high heat and bring everything you will need out to the griddle because the cook time will go VERY fast!
Cook Shrimp: Drizzle the hot cooktop with 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil and then add 1 pound extra large shrimp in a single layer. Season the shrimp with kosher salt and ground black pepper. Let cook for 1 minute, flip, add the garlic butter to the shrimp, and keep tossing and cooking for a total of 2-3 minutes. Remove them from the Blackstone once they are pink colored and c-shaped.
Serve: Enjoy right away any way you want!
Notes
Shrimp: highly recommend using large, raw ez peel shrimp (16/20). Thaw in cold water and remove the shells before cooking. Using smaller shrimp will result in an even shorter cook time.
Dairy-Free: simply use a plant-based butter.
Storage: leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
