Ingredients

Instructions
Combine: In a small bowl, add 4 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon garlic, and a pinch kosher saltStir to combine.
Wrap & Roll: Place butter mixture on a sheet of wax paper. Wrap the wax paper around the butter mixture and form it into a log shape.
Chill: Place wrapped butter in the freezer for 30 minutes or in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to firm up before using.
Serve: Enjoyon bread, steak, seafood, or your favorite veggies!
Notes
Herbs: feel free to really use any herbs you want just keep the amount to about 1-2 tablespoons for every 3-4 tablespoons of butter you use. If you're using dried herbs, put one teaspoon for every tablespoon of fresh herbs.
Salt: You know your pallet best. If salted butter plus a pinch of salt is too much for you, omit the salt completely. Adjust the salt amount to you liking if using unsalted butter.
