Paleo Blackberry Jam:

Coconut Cream + Honey Dip:

fresh lemon juice

coconut cream
▢

Charcuterie Board:

Simple Mills Original Sprouted Seed Crackers
▢
Simple Mills Everything Sprouted Seed Crackers

Prosciutto
▢
Green olives
▢
Kalamata olives
▢
Macadamia nuts
▢
Pears
▢
Micro-Greens
optional

Goat Cheese crumbles
optional

Instructions
Paleo Blackberry Jam:
Combine ingredients in small saucepan.
Bring to medium heat and let simmer.
Continue simmering until blackberries break down and it reduces into a jam.
Add water, as needed, 1 Teaspoon at a time, if it gets too dry.
Coconut Cream + Honey Dip:
Place coconut cream in small bowl and drizzle honey on top.
Charcuterie Board:
Compile board as shown or any way you like!
