Green Smoothie Recipe - made with mango, avocado, spinach and other healthy ingredients! Delicious + dairy-free friendly!
Ingredients
1frozen banana
½cupfrozen mangoadd more to taste
½cupfresh spinach leaves
½cupplain dairy free yogurt
¼cupunsweetened almond milk
1teaspoonvanilla extract
¼avocadooptional
Instructions
Combine: In a high-speed blender, add 1 frozen banana, ½ cup frozen mango, ½ cup fresh spinach leaves, ½ cup plain dairy free yogurt, ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and ¼ avocado (if using). Blend on high, stopping as needed to scrape down the sides, until texture is smooth.
Consistency: To thin out more add a splash of almond milk. To thicken add a handful of ice.
Serve: Enjoy immediately!
