Satisfy your sweet tooth with these Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites —an easy, no-bake treat made with simple, real ingredients and packed with classic cookie dough flavor (but naturally sweetened). Perfect for snacking or a quick dessert!
Combine 1 cup almond flour, 1/2 cup medjool dates, 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, 1/4 cup real maple syrup, 2 scoops collagen powder, 1 tablespoon ground flax and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon in food processor (do not add the chocolate chips. Process on high, scraping down sides as you go, until mixture is combined and dough-like.
Pour out into bowl and stir in 1/3 cup chocolate chips.
Take 1 tablespoon of dough and form ball between your hands. We use a cookie dough scoop for this process.
Enjoy right away or store in the freezer or refrigerator for later.

Storage - Fridge + Freezer: keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze in a Stasher Bag for 3 months (don't forget to label your container so you don't forget about them!).
