Our Herbed Butter Baked Turkey Wings recipe is a delicious and easy way to prepare turkey wings to enjoy with your favorite side dishes!
Ingredients
6turkey wingsthawed
4tablespoonsbutterroom temperature
1tablespoonfresh thymeminced
1tablespoonfresh rosemaryminced
1/2tablespoonfresh sageminced
kosher salt
ground black pepper
Instructions
Prep: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place turkey wings in a baking dish and pat dry with clean paper towels.
Herbed Butter: Place soft butter and fresh herbs in a small bowl; use a fork to fully combine. Rub butter mixture on the outside of the wings. Season wings with salt and pepper.
Bake: Move the entire dish to the preheated oven to bake for 40-45 minutes, uncovered, or until the internal temperature reaches 162-163 degrees F at the thickest part of the meat (use an instant-read thermometer).
Serve: Let meat rest for 5-10 minutes (during which time the internal temp will continue to rise) and serve with your favorite side dishes like our Extra Creamy Mashed Potatoes and Make Ahead Gravy!

Herbed Butter: option to sub with any of your favorite fresh or dried herbs.
Dairy Free: simply use a plant-based butter.
