Prep: Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a sheet pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Season: Place cut fries in a large mixing bowl. Add ¾ tablespoon olive oil and toss to evenly coat. Add 1 teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon kosher salt and ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper toss to evenly coat.
Bake: Place fries on a foil-lined cookie sheet and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for a minimum of 20 minutes, up to 45 minutes for thick-cut fries with a desired consistency that is crispier. Check fries approx. every 10-15 minutes to toss and try a tester fry for consistency.
Serve: Enjoy immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
