4large eggsraw (option to hard boil as many as you need)

Instructions
Boil: Place 4 large eggs in a medium sauce pan. Cover with water (you will want about an inch of water above the eggs. Place on the stove top and bring the water to a boil. As soon as the water boils reduce the heat to simmer the water and set a timer for 10 minutes.
Ice Bath: Remove from heat and carefully transfer eggs to an ice bath. Let eggs cool for 5-10 minutes.
Serve or Store: Either wipe off and store in the fridge until use or peel under running water.
Notes
Storage: you can keep them in the fridge for up to 1 week. Make sure you label them so they don't get mixed up with raw eggs!
