Our Strawberry Banana Smoothie recipe is a flavorful and delicious smoothie that is easy and so good! Perfect breakfast idea!
Ingredients
1 ½cupsfrozen strawberries
1 ½cupsfrozen banana
¾cupunsweetened almond milk
½cupplain dairy-free yogurt
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Blend: In a high powered blender, add 1 ½ cups frozen strawberries, 1 ½ cups frozen banana, ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk, ½ cup plain dairy-free yogurt, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Blend on high, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until consistency is smooth.
Consistency: Add additional splashes of almond milk to thin out, if needed, and add a handful of ice cubes for a thicker smoothie, if necessary.
Serve: Pour and enjoy!
Notes
Milk: we used almond milk, but any regular or plant-based milk will work, like oat milk, soy milk, or coconut milk!
Add-ins: feel free to add in a scoop of collagen, ground flax, baby spinach, or even some chia seeds if you want!
