Ingredients
1-2cupscooked oatmealper your desired consistency and amount
1small bananasliced
1/2tablespoonground flax meal
1tablespoonof nut butterany type
1tablespoonGoji berries
1tablespoonchocolate chips
1teaspoonchia seeds
optional: almond mlk
Instructions
Cook oatmeal per package instructions.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl of oatmeal.
