These Peaches and Cream Popsicles are the perfect end-of-summer treat that is delicious and good for you!
Ingredients

oz
can coconut cream
▢
4
tablespoons
maple syrup
▢
1/4
teaspoon
vanilla extract
▢
1/2
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
▢
1
fresh peach
sliced
Instructions
Combine coconut cream, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Use a hand-mixer, combine thoroughly.
Taste and add additional vanilla, cinnamon, or maple syrup to taste.
Take popsicle mold and place two (or more) slices of peaches in each one.
Pour coconut cream mixture into popsicle molds, covering peaches.
Insert popsicle sticks and place in freezer overnight.

Storage
: frozen popsicles should be kept in the freezer for up to 2-3 months.
