Our delicious Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus recipe is a super easy side dish that is crisp and full of flavor!
Ingredients
12asparagus stalks
6ouncesprosciutto
Instructions
Prep: Preheat oven to broil on high. Cut off the tough ends of 12 asparagus stalks and rinse with cold water.
Wrap: Take one piece of prosciutto, fold it in half, then wrap around an asparagus stalk; repeat until all of the prosciutto slices and individual spears of asparagus are used. Place on cookie sheet.
Broil: Place under the broiler, one spot below the top in the oven. Let broil for 4-5 minutes or until prosciutto is a bit crispy and asparagus are soft, watch carefully to ensure nothing burns (every oven is a bit different). If they aren't done after 5 minutes, continue broiling in 30 second increments until fully cooked (remember the prosciutto doesn't need to be cooked through, it is already edible as-is, but the asparagus needs to be cooked so it isn't too crispy).
Serve: Remove, let cool slightly and enjoy!

Make Ahead: these are a great addition to any brunch and could easily be prepped ahead, placed in an airtight container, and stored in the fridge until you want to cook it.
