Salmon Poke Bowl - an easy, flavorful salmon poke bowl recipe! Learn how to make your own poke bowls at home!
Ingredients
Sauce:
1/4cupsoy sauceor tamari
1/4teaspoonsesame oil
1/8teaspoonsiracha
1teaspoonrice vinegar
1/2teaspoongarlicminced
1/4teaspoongingergrated
1/2teaspoonlime juice
Bowl:
8ozsushi grade salmon
2cupscooked sushi ricecook per package instructions
1cupedamameshelled
1avocadosliced
1cupcucumbersliced
1/4cupcilantrochopped
sliced jalapeñooptional
sesame seedsoptional – for garnish
Instructions
Combine Sauce ingredients in a small bowl; whisk to combine and set aside.
Slice salmon into cubes and place in a medium bowl. Pour Sauce over top and set aside while prepping the remaining ingredients.
Divide rice, marinated salmon, edamame, cucumber, avocado, jalapeño and cilantro between two bowls. Garnish with black sesame seeds, if desired. Serve with additional soy sauce if you want.
