Sesame Ginger Dressing - a delicious and easy sesame ginger dressing recipe that is perfect for your favorite salad!
Ingredients
3tablespoonsrice vinegar
2tablespoonssoy saucesub Tamari for gluten-free
2teaspoonsgarlicminced
1teaspooncoconut sugar
1teaspoonextra virgin olive oilor avocado oil
1teaspoonlime juice
¼teaspoonfish sauce
¼teaspoonsesame oil
¼teaspoongingerminced or grated
Instructions
Combine: In a small mason jar or bowl, add 3 tablespoons rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons garlic, 1 teaspoon coconut sugar, 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon lime juice, ¼ teaspoon fish sauce, ¼ teaspoon sesame oil, and ¼ teaspoon ginger. Shake or whisk to combine.
Serve: Pour over your favorite salad - we love using this on our Easy Poke Salad!
Notes
Double it: feel free to double this recipe if you need a bigger batch.
Gluten-Free: to make this gluten-free use Tamari or coconut aminos instead of soy sauce.
Red Pepper Flakes: toss some in for a little bit of a kick.
Storage: store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 6-7 days. Whisk to combine before using, as ingredients will separate while sitting. It is one of our favorite things to meal prep because it might even be better the next day!
