A seriously delicious Shamrock Shake recipe that is perfect for St. Patrick's Day! Easily made dairy-free and sure to be a family favorite!
Ingredients

2x
3x
▢

cups
vanilla bean ice cream
reg. or dairy-free
▢
3/4
cup
unsweetened almond milk OR regular milk
▢
1/2
teaspoon
vanilla extract
▢
5-10
drops of green food coloring
▢
1/4-1/2
teaspoon
mint extract
▢
toppings: whipped cream
reg. or dairy-free, maraschino cherry and green sprinkles
Instructions
Add ingredients to a high-powered blender.
Blend until smooth.
To thicken add additional ice cream. To thin add a splash of milk. Blend again to incorporate.
Taste and add additional mint extract, as desired.
Notes
Dairy-Free
: to make this dairy-free use a dairy-free vanilla ice cream, unsweetened almond milk and a dairy-free whipped cream.
