A seriously delicious Shamrock Shake recipe that is perfect for St. Patrick's Day! Easily made dairy-free and sure to be a family favorite!
Ingredients
Shamrock Shake:
2cupsvanilla bean ice creamregular or dairy-free
¾cupunsweetened almond milkOR regular milk
½teaspoonvanilla extract
5-10dropsgreen food coloring
¼ - ½teaspoonmint extract
Topping Suggestion:
whipped creamregular or dairy-free
maraschino cherry
green sprinkles
Instructions
Blender: In a high-powered blender, add 2 cups vanilla bean ice cream, ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, 5-10 drops green food coloring, and ¼ - ½ teaspoon mint extract. Blend until smooth.
Consistency + Taste: To thicken add additional ice cream. To thin add a splash of milk. Blend again to incorporate. Taste and add additional mint extract, as desired.
Serve: Enjoy immediately with any desired toppings!

Dairy-Free: to make this dairy-free use a dairy-free vanilla ice cream, unsweetened almond milk and a dairy-free whipped cream.
