Skin-Clearing Cilantro and Lemon Infused Detox Water + My Thoughts on Whole30
A light and refreshing infused-water that will keep you hydrated and your face clear!
Ingredients
- 1 large pitcher of filtered water around 10 cups
- 1 cup packed cilantro leaves chopped
- 2 lemons sliced
- 1-2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1-2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in large pitcher and place in fridge for 1-2 hours (or longer - the longer you let it sit, the more infused it will become).
- Note: feel free to make small batches of this to take to work or on the go. For a 2-4 cup bottle, you would need about 1/4 cup cilantro, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup blackberries and 1/2 lemon).
