Ingredients
4-6medium-sized russet potatoes
extra virgin olive oil
kosher salt
Instructions
Prep: Wash potatoes and dry with paper towel. Pierce each potato 3-4 times with fork.
Oil + Salt: Place potatoes on a plate and drizzle with olive oil; rub all over to coat. Sprinkle potatoes with kosher salt.
Slow Cook: Place inside slow cooker and cover (no need for liquid). Let cook on HIGH setting for 3-4 hours or on LOW setting for 7-8 hours. Remove and serve immediately.
