Spring Roll Dipping Sauce - an easy, go-to dipping sauce for your yummy spring rolls!
Ingredients
½cupwater
¼cupgranulated sugar
¼cuprice vinegar
¼cupwhite vinegar
1 ½teaspoonschili garlic sauce
¼teaspoonfish sauce
1-4garlic clovessmashed
Instructions
Combine: In a saucepan, add ½ cup water, ¼ cup granulated sugar, ¼ cup rice vinegar, ¼ cup white vinegar, 1 ½ teaspoons chili garlic sauce, ¼ teaspoon fish sauce, and 1-4 garlic cloves (smashed). Bring to a simmer and reduce for about 15 min or until you have consistency you desire.
Serve or Store: Remove from heat (it will continue to thicken as it cools) and set aside. Use once cooled or, if you made it ahead of time, place in an airtight container and place in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Storage: store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Spice Level: feel free to increase or decrease the amount of chili garlic sauce depending upon your spice preference.
