Turkey Cranberry Wrap - an incredibly easy and delicious way to use any leftover Thanksgiving turkey!
Ingredients
1tortilla of your choice
2tablespoonsdairy-free cream cheesemore as desired
2-3tablespoonscranberry saucemore as desired
½cupcooked turkeycubed
¼cupromaine lettucechopped
Instructions
Spread: Lay out 1 tortilla of your choice and spread a layer of 2 tablespoons dairy-free cream cheese on top, making a strip down the middle.
Add Fillings: Scoop 2-3 tablespoons cranberry sauce on top, covering the cream cheese. Lay down ½ cup cooked turkey (more, if desired) and add ¼ cup romaine lettuce.
Serve: Wrap up and eat!
Notes
Tortilla: if you want to make this gluten-free I would recommend these Siete tortillas (they also make a bigger burrito wrap too)! Otherwise feel free to use whatever tortilla you like.
