Our Vanilla Oatmeal Smoothie Bowl is a delicious, dairy-free smoothie bowl recipe that is easy to throw together and a healthy way to start your day!
Ingredients
⅔cupfrozen blueberries
⅔cupfrozen cherries
½cupgluten free rolled oats
⅓cupother assorted frozen fruit*
5.3ouncesdairy-free vanilla yogurt
¼cupflax seed
2frozen bananas
1tablespoonorange juice
Instructions
Combine: In a high-powered blender or food processor, add ⅔ cup frozen blueberries, ⅔ cup frozen cherries, ½ cup gluten free rolled oats, ⅓ cup other assorted frozen fruit*, 5.3 ounces dairy-free vanilla yogurt, ¼ cup flax seed, 2 frozen bananas, and 1 tablespoon orange juice. Cover tightly and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until it reaches a smooth consistency.
Adjust: Taste and add additional yogurt if desired thickness is not reached; add ice cubes if not cold enough; add more frozen fruit, if you want!
Serve: Enjoy with additional oats sprinkled on top, as well as fresh fruit!

*Frozen Fruit: use any variety of frozen fruit, like strawberries, blackberries, pomegranate, raspberries.
