Our
Vanilla Oatmeal Smoothie Bowl
is a delicious, dairy-free smoothie bowl recipe that is easy to throw together and a healthy way to start your day!
Ingredients

dairy-free yogurt

frozen bananas
▢
1
tablespoon
orange juice
▢
2/3
cup
frozen blueberries
▢
2/3
cup
frozen cherries
▢
1/3
cup
other assorted frozen fruit*
▢
1/4
cup
flax seed
▢
1/2
cup
gluten free rolled oats
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a high-powered blender or food processor.
Cover tightly and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until it reaches a smooth consistency.
Taste and add additional yogurt if desired thickness is not reached; add ice cubes if not cold enough; add more frozen fruit, if you want!
Serve with additional oats sprinkled on top, as well as fresh fruit.
Notes
*Frozen Fruit
: use any variety of frozen fruit, like strawberries, blackberries, pomegranate, raspberries.
