Yogurt Toast
- Simple, beautiful and perfect for those mornings when you are running out the door!
Ingredients

of toast
gluten-free works too
▢
1/2
tablespoon
of ground flax
and/or chia seeds
▢
1/4-1/2
cup
of dairy-free yogurt
▢
1/4 - 1/2
cup
fresh blueberries
▢
1
tablespoon
honey
Instructions
Take toast and sprinkle flax and/or chia seeds on top.
Place the yogurt on top and spread with a spoon, making a little bowl out of it.
Add blueberries on top of the yogurt and drizzle with honey.
Notes
Yogurt:
we love to use dairy-free yogurt, but you can use any of your favorite yogurt varieties (Greek yogurt, regular yogurt, etc.).
Blueberries
: this is the fruit we used, but this easy recipe would also be great with raspberries, blackberries, banana slices, strawberries, etc.
