Yogurt Toast - Simple, beautiful and perfect for those mornings when you are running out the door!
Ingredients
1piecetoastsub gluten-free bread
½tablespoonground flaxsub chia seeds
¼ - ½cupdairy-free yogurt
¼ - ½cupfresh blueberries
1tablespoonhoney
Instructions
Layer: Take 1 piece toast and sprinkle ½ tablespoon ground flax on top. Place ¼ - ½ cup dairy-free yogurt on top and spread with a spoon, making a little bowl out of it.
Serve: Add ¼ - ½ cup fresh blueberries on top of the yogurt and drizzle with 1 tablespoon honey. Enjoy!
Notes
Yogurt: we love to use dairy-free yogurt, but you can use any of your favorite yogurt varieties (Greek yogurt, regular yogurt, etc.).
Blueberries: this is the fruit we used, but this easy recipe would also be great with raspberries, blackberries, banana slices, strawberries, etc.
