Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 chipotle in adobo sauce, more as desired
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce (sub tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- pinch of kosher salt
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a small food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Taste and add additional chipotles for more spice or more salt, as desired.

Notes
- Gluten-Free: sub in Tamari for the soy sauce to make this gluten-free.
