Creamy Avocado Sauce – A creamy, delicious Avocado Cream Sauce that goes perfectly with roasted cauliflower, tacos, rice bowls, just about anything!


  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (add an additional 1/4 cup for a thinner sauce)


  1. Combine ingredients in small food processor.
  2. Blend until you have reached a smooth consistency.
  3. Add additional almond milk for a thinner sauce or additional salt or lime juice, as desired for taste.
  4. Serve any way you want!


  • Storage: place in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-5 days.
