Description

Our Creamy Coffee Popsicles are a super simple, delicious and refreshing treat you will enjoy all summer long!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/4 cups oat milk creamer
  • 2 1/2 cups espresso or mocha cold brew coffee

Instructions

  • Take a popsicle mold and add approximately 1-2 tablespoons of oat milk creamer.
  • Place in the freezer for 4 hours to allow the creamer to partially freeze.
  • Remove from freezer and fill the remaining portion of the popsicle mold with espresso or mocha cold brew coffee.
  • Place a popsicle stick in each section of the popsicle mold and place it all in the freezer overnight.

Notes

  • Measurements – amounts of the creamer and cold brew coffee needed will vary depending upon the size of popsicle mold you are using – I used this one.
