Description

Our delicious Dairy-Free Pumpkin Ginger Root Beer Float is a fun spin on a classic root beer float! Perfect for hot summer days!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 scoops dairy-free vanilla ice cream
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • Ginger Root Beer

Instructions

  1. Ice Cream Mixture: Place soft ice cream in a small bowl, add fresh ginger and pumpkin spice. Stir to mix (might have to let it melt a little). Place back in freezer to let re-freeze.
  2. Root Beer Float: Place ice cream in a tall glass. Pour Ginger Root Beer over top. Sprinkle with additional pumpkin spice, as desired.
  3. Serve: Feel free to top with whipped coconut cream and enjoy!

Notes

  • Ginger Root Beer – we used Zevia Ginger Root Beer, but feel free to use what is at your local grocery store.
