Description

Our creamy and delicious Dill Pickle Dressing recipe is perfect for topping your favorite salad or dipping some fresh veggies!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (regular or dairy-free)
  • 2 pickle spears, chopped with seeds removed
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 12 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Blend: Put all the ingredients in a small food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Taste: Try the dressing and adjust any flavors, as needed.
  3. Serve: Enjoy over your favorite salad – we love it on our Dill Pickle Chicken Salad!

Notes

  • Storage: keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Great for meal prep!
