Description

Easy Oven Baked Potato – a simple, tried and true recipe for an oven baked potato. The perfect side dish for any meal!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 russet potatoes 
  • olive oil
  • kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 
  2. After washing off the potatoes, pat dry with a clean paper towel. 
  3. Pierce with a fork 3-4 times. 
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and rub all over to coat.
  5. Sprinkle with kosher salt. 
  6. Place in the oven, directly on the oven rack. 
  7. Let bake for 60-75 minutes. 
  8. Remove and let cool slightly before serving. 

Notes

  • Storage: store leftover baked potatoes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
