Description

Learn how to make a delicious and easy French Dressing recipe! Packed with flavor and the perfect addition to your next salad!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 24 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sweet yellow onion, minced or grated
  • kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to a small blender or food processor. 
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust any flavors and add any salt or pepper, as desired. 
  4. Use immediately if you need to, but if you can, this tastes even better after sitting in the fridge overnight. Love using this in our Ultimate Chef Salad recipe

Notes

  • Ketchup: we tested this with Heinz Simply Ketchup.
  • Sweetness: we thought this was plenty sweet, but if you want it sweeter, you can add adjust the amount of sugar, as desired.
