Description

These Strawberry, Cherry, and Cream Popsicles are a delicious, dairy-free and vegan popsicle recipe the whole family will love!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 4 tablespoons strawberry soda (or sparkling water)
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut milk and strawberry soda in a medium bowl and set aside.
  2. In medium saucepan, add fruit and water. Bring to a simmer until fruit has reduced and there is a little sauce – add additional water, as needed, 1 tablespoon at a time.
  3. In each popsicle mold, alternate adding fruit mixture and coconut mixture.
  4. Place in freezer overnight.

Notes

  • Storage: frozen popsicles can be kept frozen for up to 6-8 months.
