Description
These Strawberry, Cherry, and Cream Popsicles are a delicious, dairy-free and vegan popsicle recipe the whole family will love!
Ingredients

- 1 can coconut milk
- 4 tablespoons strawberry soda (or sparkling water)
- 1 1/2 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Combine coconut milk and strawberry soda in a medium bowl and set aside.
- In medium saucepan, add fruit and water. Bring to a simmer until fruit has reduced and there is a little sauce – add additional water, as needed, 1 tablespoon at a time.
- In each popsicle mold, alternate adding fruit mixture and coconut mixture.
- Place in freezer overnight.
Notes
- Storage: frozen popsicles can be kept frozen for up to 6-8 months.
