These popsicles are the perfect way to end the summer! We are soaking up every last ounce of summer that we can before we have to hibernate for the winter. And that means – we are still making some homemade popsicles! These are particularly delicious and are almost like a strawberries and cream popsicle, but those cherries increase the flavor that much more. What You Will Need
- coconut cream – we absolutely love this creamy base that adds flavor, plus keeps this popsicle recipe dairy-free.
- strawberry soda – just pick-up a strawberry soda or strawberry sparkling water for some flavor and fizz.
- fresh strawberries and cherries – this combination of fresh fruit brings a natural sweetness that is perfect for summer!
- water – a little bit to help cook down the fruit.
How To Make Vegan Strawberry, Cherry, & Cream Popsicles
The first steps to making this easy recipe are to combine the coconut cream and soda in a large bowl. Then put the fruit and water in a small saucepan and simmer until it reduces slightly. Now alternate pouring the cream mixture and fruit mixture into each of the popsicle molds. Place the entire mold in the freezer overnight.

These Strawberry, Cherry, and Cream Popsicles are a delicious, dairy-free and vegan popsicle recipe the whole family will love!
Ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk
- 4 tablespoons strawberry soda (or sparkling water)
- 1 1/2 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Combine coconut milk and strawberry soda in a medium bowl and set aside.
- In medium saucepan, add fruit and water. Bring to a simmer until fruit has reduced and there is a little sauce – add additional water, as needed, 1 tablespoon at a time.
- In each popsicle mold, alternate adding fruit mixture and coconut mixture.
- Place in freezer overnight.
