Our easy tutorial on How to Make Plantain Chips is a simple recipe that teaches you how to make your own plantain chips!

- 1 plantain, (remove skin by cut plantain in half & peel the skin off, cut into thin slices)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place sliced plantains on a lightly sprayed baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check after 15 minutes and then continue cooking for 5 minute intervals until they have turned golden brown and have crisped up.
- Once they have reached your desired texture, place on cooling rack or plate to cool.
- You can let them dry out further by leaving them out, uncovered on the counter.
- Serve with homemade guacamole or garlic hummus.
Notes
- Storage: keep leftover plantain chips in an airtight container in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
