Description

This super easy Oven Baked Chicken Wings recipe is delicious and kid-friendly! Perfect for a crowd on game day!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/22 pounds chicken wings
  • kosher salt and ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Place an oven-safe wire rack on top and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season Chicken: Place chicken wings on the wire rack in a single layer, try not to let them touch, and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake: Place in the oven, middle rack, and let cook for 30-35 minutes or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165 degrees F – use a meat thermometer).
  4. Rest + Serve: Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve seasoned with salt and pepper or you can toss in your favorite sauce.
