Recipe FAQs
- How to make chicken wings crispy? To get a crispy skin, you will want to make sure they are as dry as possible with paper towels before putting them on the wire rack. The drier they are, the easier it is for the chicken skin to get nice and crispy! Once dry, place them on the wire rack and try to keep them spaced out. When the wings are spaced out, the heat is able to fully circulate around the wings, giving you crispy deliciousness! After about 30 minutes of cook time, keep an eye on the wings until they reach your desired level of crispiness.
