Description

Learn how to make a delicious Ranch Dressing recipe from scratch – packed with herbs and flavor its a recipe you will come back to often!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon dried parsley leaves
  • 1 tablespoon milk (buttermilk, unsweetened almond milk, reg. milk), more to thin
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill weed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried chives
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to a small blender or food processor. 
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust any flavors and add any salt or pepper, as desired. 
  4. Use immediately if you need to, but if you can this tastes even better after sitting in the fridge overnight. Love using this in our Ultimate Chef Salad recipe

  • Dairy-Free: feel free to use a dairy-free sour cream and unsweeteend almond milk to make this recipe dairy-free.
