A seriously delicious Shamrock Shake recipe that is perfect for St. Patrick’s Day! Easily made dairy-free and sure to be a family favorite!
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups vanilla bean ice cream (reg. or dairy-free)
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk OR regular milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5–10 drops of green food coloring
- 1/4–1/2 teaspoon mint extract
- toppings: whipped cream (reg. or dairy-free), maraschino cherry and green sprinkles
Instructions
- Add ingredients to a high-powered blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- To thicken add additional ice cream. To thin add a splash of milk. Blend again to incorporate.
- Taste and add additional mint extract, as desired.
Notes
- Dairy-Free: to make this dairy-free use a dairy-free vanilla ice cream, unsweetened almond milk and a dairy-free whipped cream.
