Description

An easy and delicious Taco Dip recipe that is perfect to make ahead for your next party! Packed with flavor and customizable!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup sour cream (reg. or dairy-free)
  • 8oz cream cheese, room temp (reg. or dairy-free)
  • 1oz packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups colby jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl combine sour cream, cream cheese and taco seasoning. Stir to combine if cream cheese is soft enough, otherwise use an electric hand mixer to combine until smooth.
  2. Place in the bottom of a small casserole dish (I used a 10.5″ x 7.5″) and spread out evenly.
  3. Top with shredded cheese, tomato, olives and green onion.

Notes

  • Topping Amounts: of course, use more/less of the suggested toppings, per your liking.
  • Other Topping Ideas: shredded lettuce, jalapeños, etc. are all great additions – feel free to make it your own!
  • Make Ahead: this is a great appetizer to make ahead for a party!
  • Dairy-Free: you can sub in some dairy-free sour cream, dairy-free cream cheese and dairy-free shredded cheese of choice if you want to make this dairy-free.
