This creamy avocado lime ranch dressing is fresh, tangy, and packed with flavor. Made with simple ingredients in 10 minutes, it’s perfect for salads, tacos, bowls, or as a dip.
Ingredients
3/4cupplain Greek yogurt
1/4cupmayo
1/4cupfresh cilantro
1/2small avocadocut into chunks
1tablespoonlime juice
zest of 1 lime
2teaspoonsred wine vinegar
1teaspoongarlicminced
1teaspoondijon mustard
1teaspoononion powder
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoonkosher saltmore to taste
1/8teaspoonground black pepper
Instructions
Blend: Put all of the dressing ingredients in a small food processor or blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
Taste: Taste and add additional salt, lime or cilantro - as desired.
Serve: Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for later! We love it on our Ground Beef Taco Bowl!

Dairy Free: simply use a plain/unsweetened dairy free yogurt alternative.
Taste: feel free to adjust the lime juice, salt, etc. to your personal preference.
Storage: place leftover dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
