Your new favorite cocktail! This Blueberry Mojito recipe is perfectly sweet, easy to make and the perfect summer drink!
Ingredients

tablespoon
granulated sugar
▢
1
lime wedge
▢
10
fresh blueberries
divided
▢
3-4
mint leaves
▢
ice cubes
▢
1
oz
white rum
▢
1 1/2
tablespoons
lime juice
▢
1 1/2
tablespoon
simple syrup
homemade or store-bought
▢
tonic water
▢
garnish: mint sprigs
extra blueberries, lime wedge
Instructions
Sugar Rim
: Place granulated sugar on a small plate. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a short glass and then press rim into the sugar to coat.
Muddle
: Place 5 blueberries and 3-4 mint leaves into the bottom of the same glass and muddle. Add ice and set aside.
Blend
: In a small food processor or blender, blend together the remaining 5 blueberries, white rum, lime juice and simple syrup. Pour over ice.
Serve
: Add a splash of tonic water and then garnish with mint leaves, fresh blueberries and a lime wedge.
Notes
Serving
: this makes 1 mojito so feel free to double/triple as needed!
