Our classic, delicious and flavorful Broccoli Bacon Salad recipe is the perfect side dish for any family gathering or special occasion!
Ingredients
½cupmayonnaise
1tablespooncoconut sugar
1teaspoonapple cider vinegar
½teaspoonlemon juice
¼teaspoonkosher salt
4-6cupsfresh broccoli floretscut into bite-sized pieces
4-6slicescooked baconcut into 1 inch pieces
½cupdried cranberries
½cupyellow raisins
¼cupred oniondiced
¼cupsunflower seeds
Instructions
Dressing: In a small bowl, add ½ cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon coconut sugar, 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, ½ teaspoon lemon juice, and ¼ teaspoon kosher salt; stir until creamy and smooth.
Assemble Salad: In a large bowl, add 4-6 cups fresh broccoli florets, cooked bacon pieces, ½ cup dried cranberries, ½ cup yellow raisins, ¼ cup red onion, and ¼ cup sunflower seeds. Pour Dressing over top; stir to combine.
Serve: Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge until ready to serve!
Notes
Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Please note, the broccoli may get a little softer as it sits in the mayo.
Cheese: feel free to add 1/3 cup of shredded cheese (dairy-free or otherwise).
