Champagne Vinaigrette - a delicious champagne vinaigrette recipe that is perfect for your favorite salad! So easy to make!
Ingredients
½cuplight extra virgin olive oil
¼cupchampagne vinegar
2tablespoonsshallotsminced
2teaspoonsgarlicminced
1teaspoonfresh thyme
1teaspoondijon mustard
1teaspoonhoney
½teaspoonlemon zest
½teaspoonkosher salt
⅛teaspoonground black pepper
Instructions
Combine: In a small food processor, add ½ cup light extra virgin olive oil, ¼ cup champagne vinegar, 2 tablespoons shallots, 2 teaspoons garlic, 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, 1 teaspoon dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon honey, ½ teaspoon lemon zest, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, and ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper. Blend until fully combined.
Taste: Adjust salt or other ingredients, as desired.
Serve: Use on your favorite salad (we love it on our Thanksgiving Salad)!
Notes
Storage: store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. There will be separation during refrigeration. Let come to room temp and stir to recombine before use.
