Coconut Rice
- a simple, easy tutorial that teaches you how to make coconut rice at home! A flavorful and delicious side dish!
Ingredients

jasmati rice
▢
3/4
cup
full fat coconut milk
▢
1
cup
coconut water
▢
1
teaspoon
coconut sugar
▢
pinch
of salt
Instructions
Add ingredients to small saucepan.
Stir to combine.
Bring to boil, uncovered, stir once.
Cover and reduce heat and let simmer 15-25 minutes or until rice as absorbed nearly all the liquid.
Remove from heat and let stand 5-10 minutes.
Uncover and fluff with a fork.
