Ingredients
1cupbasmati rice
1cupcoconut water
¾cupfull fat coconut milk
1teaspooncoconut sugar
pinchkosher salt
Instructions
Combine: In a small saucepan, add 1 cup basmati rice, 1 cup coconut water, ¾ cup full fat coconut milk, 1 teaspoon coconut sugar, and a pinch kosher salt. Stir to combine.
Boil & Simmer: Bring to boil, uncovered, stir once. Cover and reduce heat and let simmer 15-25 minutes or until rice as absorbed nearly all the liquid.
Serve: Remove from heat and let stand 5-10 minutes. Uncover and fluff with a fork.
