Creamy Avocado Smoothie
- a smooth and delicious smoothie that is full of amazing and healthy ingredients - leaves you full and satisfied!
Ingredients

1 1/4
cup
unsweetened almond milk
▢
½-1
avocado
use frozen, if desired
▢
1/2
large frozen banana
cut into chunks
▢
1
serving collagen peptides
▢
1
tablespoon
ground flax meal
▢
1
generous handful of raw spinach
anywhere from 1/2 cup to a full cup
▢
1
teaspoon
lime juice
▢
tiny pinch of kosher salt
▢
optional 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
Instructions
Combine ingredients in high-speed blender.
Blend on high until fully combined, about 1-2 minutes, scraping down sides if necessary.
Pour and enjoy!
Notes
Consistency
: option to use more almond milk to thin it out or toss in ice if you are using fresh (not frozen) ingredients to thicken it up a bit.
Sweetness
: we really love adding a touch of sweetness by tossing in some pineapple!
Chill
: If you didn't use frozen avocados, then you will want to place in the fridge to allow it to cool down - drinking it cold is better.
