- An easy, light and refreshing cucumber sauce that is perfect for your favorite Greek recipe!
Ingredients

garlic

Instructions
Combine
: In a small food processor, add
1 cup mayonnaise
,
diced cucumbers
,
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
,
1 tablespoon garlic
,
1 teaspoon fresh mint
,
½ teaspoon dried dill
,
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
, and
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
.
Pulse
: Pulse or blend several times until ingredients are fully combined and smooth.

: Serve on your favorite recipe!

Storage
: store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

: we have a great
homemade mayonnaise recipe
on the site if you want to use that, otherwise feel free to use your favorite store-bought mayo.
