Make Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons coconut aminos, 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, ¼ teaspoon sesame oil, and ¼ teaspoon ginger. Set aside.
Build Bowl: Warm 1-2 cups cauliflower rice, if desired and place in a bowl with 3 ounces sushi grade salmon, 3 ounces sushi grade tuna, ½ avocado, ½ cup mango, ¼ cup fresh cilantro, 5 slices cucumber, and top with white and black sesame seeds and seaweed sheets.
Optional Spice: If you want the salmon and tuna extra spicy, combine 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon Franks Red Hot. Toss the salmon and tuna in the mixture so they are lightly coated.
Serve: Pour as much sauce as you want on top of the bowl and enjoy!
